sesh collects no data. None.

What the app stores, and where

• Host configurations (names, addresses, usernames) are stored locally on your device.
• SSH private keys, passphrases and passwords are stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain on your device. They are never written to files, never synced by the app, and never transmitted anywhere except to the SSH server you configured, as part of standard SSH authentication.
• Pinned host keys (for trust-on-first-use verification) are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Network connections

sesh connects only to the SSH servers you explicitly configure. There are no analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting services, no advertising SDKs, and no servers operated by us. Your terminal traffic flows directly and encrypted (SSH) between your device and your server.

Optional zellij integration

If you enable "Enhanced zellij integration" for a host, sesh uploads a small open-source helper plugin to that server (~/.sesh/sesh-sidecar.wasm). The plugin runs inside your zellij session on your server and communicates only with the app over your SSH connection. It does not collect or transmit data to anyone.

Third parties

None. No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected.
